This documentary sheds light on a vicious and little-known cycle. It exposes the dangerous pesticides that are produced and banned in Europe but hypocritically sold in less regulated countries. For instance, in Brazil, scientists have revealed the contamination of drinking water by these pesticides exported by European chemical giants, and its devastating impact on children’s health, including early puberty and sometimes fatal deformities. To make matters worse, these pesticides find their way back to our continent, ending up on our plates through imports. Larissa Bombardi, a Brazilian geographer who exposed this “poisonous dance,” was threatened with death and forced to flee her country…
