Dear cinema enthusiasts,
The 10th edition of Greenmotions Film Festival is taking place from 6th to 10th November in Kommunales Kino, Freiburg. We are looking for volunteers to support us in order to promote one more successful festival. We are very much looking forward to reconnecting with previous volunteers and welcoming new faces to our team.
We will require your help for the following tasks: reservation control, ticket handout, cash/ticket collection after the screenings, additional tasks (such as preparation of the rooms). In exchange, we provide food, drinks and the opportunity of having fun with a diverse and international team! There will also be our opening party Velo Vibes at Artik on 2nd November. We would also be happy to have helping hands for set-up, ticket distribution and admission control.
Shortly before the festival we will organize two meetings at which we will explain to you the process of the festival and your tasks as well as the procedure for finalizing the shifts. The dates are October 27th at 2 pm and November 1st at 7 pm at Kommunales Kino (Wiehre). It would be desirable if you could attend one of the two dates.
Through the volunteer registration form, you can leave your contact details and signal your interest in volunteering. A binding allocation to shifts during the festival will take place after the above-mentioned meetings. Please fill out the form by 31st of October.
