Organising a film festival is a lot of work! Therefore we are happy about new and motivated faces at our coordination meetings.

Our diverse team of volunteers and part-time workers has numerous tasks that you can help us with. From selecting films for the festival to organising events in schools and daycare facilities to designing our flyers and posters, you can get involved in many different areas. Of course, our festival also offers you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in organising larger events.

The festival week itself is filled with a variety of different tasks, which is why we appreciate any assistance with admission, collecting evaluation forms, and providing support during film screenings. If you choose to help out as a volunteer, you are welcome to watch the film you have registered for in the cinema during the screening.

Become a sponsor

As a non-profit association, we depend on sponsors to make our yearly festival possible. With our focus of sustainability, we want to give our audience valuable input on what a more sustainable and socially just world can look like. Through discussions with filmmakers and experts after our screenings, the films can then be connected to local initiatives and projects in the area.

Become a partner

Our numerous partners help us to organise the festival according to our vision. As a small film festival, our numerous partners support us with equipment, promotional material and various other services that make the festival possible in the first place.
