This year we had another special screening for our very young guests during our festival. Our short film programme for kids gave our young audience an opportunity to learn something about the environment and sustainability with the help of short films for a young audience from all over the world.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last weekend we opened the doors of the KoKi-Cinema to children two times. The roughly one-hour long programme was centered around our interactions with the environment and a more sustainable way of life that can already be started at a very young age. Anne and Laura of the Greenmotions team led accompanied our around 30 little guests through five colourful short films. In between the films, the kids had the chance to share their thoughts and expand on what they’ve learned through games and questions. Though the emphasis was always on having fun. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the movies, the kids had the chance to vote for the movie they liked the best, hereby choosing the winner of this year’s short film for kids prize. In a close race, Eva Matejovi\u010dova’s film „Writing Home“ got the most votes and took home our award. Congratulations! We look forward to seeing some of you again next year during the festival, or maybe at one of our other events during the year.
