Passend zu unserem Sonderthema &#8222;Closing the Loop: Living within Planetary Boundaries&#8220; betrachten wir wie Essensabf\u00e4lle und andere N\u00e4hrstoffe dem Boden wieder zugef\u00fchrt werden k\u00f6nnen, um ihn zu bereichern und planetare Kreisl\u00e4ufe wieder zu etablieren. In einem circa drei Stunden langen Workshop gibt Andreas Doerne vom Holistic Compost Lab in St. Peter spannende Einblicke in das kompostieren und die notwendigen Bedingungen von gesunden B\u00f6den.
